Agreed. Baby Park is elegant in its simplicity, always makes for some close races!
Yeah, though even that isn't as shocking as some of the little piecemeal MTs that so many publishers try to flog us.
Love a bit of SR4 to blow off steam. Sunset Overdrive is great for that too, as is Forza Horizon 2.
However, I'd usually rather keep practising in Bloodborne! Don't wanna lose my edge
You got to figure that Bloodborne has quite a high barrier to entry, though. A lot of people/more casual PS4 owners who don't frequent gaming websites will look at it and think "dunno, looks a bit too much like hard work" and buy Hardline instead
We know better - and know that challenge is a good thing - but under those circumstances a million in just a handful of weeks is HUGE.
Also, as G20WLY says, it's also a matter of install base too. B...
Haha, sound advice! Hit a wall for a while in the first capture mission (always do, tend to forget how to do it!) but from then on I can't stop playing.
Nowhere near 280 hours though, I doff my cap to you pal. That's some good going.
Funnily enough, Cities Skylines also managed it today. See publishers: we don't need "mass appeal," we will buy GOOD GAMES.
Not gonna lie: I don't actually see the appeal myself, but I know I'm in a minority! More excited about LEGO Dimensions, though, because they're real toys that you can actually play with... I mean, as a grown man, that I totally wouldn't spend hours constructing and playing with, honest...
Good price for solus. Good for cherry picking or if you've been hoarding cheap PS4 games before finding a console deal. Some bundles around, mind, if you don't mind paying a bit more.
I don't hate the idea of optional easy fatalities but I do hate that they're charging real money. Shocking.
Perhaps they're reclaiming the word now.
Just think of the slogans. "Xbone: jump it."
Bought a PS4 for this and wasn't disappointed! Good review, though the title needs a few more "die"s. :P Hunt. Die. Hunt. Die. Die. Die. Learn. Die. Grow. Die. WIN.
You're actually right about the price cuts. Retailers have been pro actively slashing the heck out of the price with their bundles, so it makes sense for MS to realise that it''s the 'normal' price.
Interesting: "Replying to me on Twitter, Boyd told me that this represents a "UK only retail promotion," perhaps suggesting that the price cut is temporary as opposed to a new benchmark. "
Yeah, good things come to those who wait! Loved it on x360, was sorely tempted to buy again on PS4 but held off for the PC version, sucker for mods.
Yeah, very true. Plus it will scale with our hardware - my PC isn't going to be able to manage 4K 60fps but once I upgrade, the game will be ready for me.
Yeah, AW was a real breath of fresh air and a huge step up from Ghosts. Feel it reinvigorated the whole franchise, and Blops 3 will have to either step things up or pull things back to impress us.
Definitely agree, AW felt like a complete package. Really enjoyed the campaign and still dipping into the MP. No pressure Treyarch!
I actually really liked Blops' storyline. Especially the branching narrative in 2 that can end in loads of different ways, and shows you more about the characters.
Didn't disagree, though, because your opinion is totally valid. I guess. :P
Awesome, that's actually a decent boomstick.
Completely agreed. Finally one of these "toy-to-life" games is offering real toys that we can properly play with, not just poxy non-articulated figures!
Yeah, that would have been nice! Still can't complain about the quality and quantity in DLC1 though.
